Your representations
By creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product offered by VORI Operations Group LLC (“VoriLabs,” “we,” “us”), you (“you,” “Purchaser”) represent, warrant, and agree to each of the following. These representations are a material condition of every sale; we rely on them and would not sell to you without them.
1. Research use only
All products are offered and sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease.
2. No usage, dosing, or medical guidance
We provide no dosing, administration, protocol, or usage instructions of any kind, and nothing we publish is medical, clinical, or professional advice. Storage and handling information is provided solely for safe handling in a research setting.
3. Statements not evaluated by the FDA
The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Eligibility
You are at least 21 years of age, and you are a qualified researcher — or you are acquiring these materials on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business — for lawful laboratory research only.
5. Lawful use and compliance
You are solely responsible for determining and ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
6. Assumption of risk
You understand these are potent research chemicals whose effects are not fully characterized. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your purchase, handling, storage, and use of any product, and you agree that you — not VoriLabs — bear sole responsibility for using appropriate safety controls.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoriLabs and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Acknowledgement or your misuse of any product.
8. Agreement to terms
You have read and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Compliance & Legal statement, which are incorporated here by reference.
What you confirm at checkout
At checkout you must affirmatively confirm each of the following before your order can be placed (version 2026-06-10-v4):
- I confirm I am at least 21 years old.
- I understand that all products are offered and sold by VoriLabs exclusively as laboratory research materials, that VoriLabs provides no dosing, administration, protocol, or usage guidance, and that I am acquiring them solely for lawful laboratory research.
- I have read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Compliance & Legal statement, and I am a qualified researcher (or purchasing on behalf of a research institution) acquiring these materials for lawful laboratory research only.
